We are a 501c3 organization primarily focused on the outreach for the USA. We have clerical support and guidance from the Moscow Patriarchate, as well as parishes and monasteries in the USA. We believe the Church is in dire need for a family-centered, as well as ascetic focus for life. Our focus needs to be not on ourselves but on our “neighbor,” as Christ commands. This means bringing back the Christian concept of community! The family is a micro community within the larger community of the Church. The monastic community is also a micro community, and is able to model many spiritual concepts for us to be successful. Orthodox missions throughout history have started with the monastic communities, growing into the family and ecclesial community. There was a “three cord” union, as the Proverbs emphasis (Prov. 15:22) that was not easily broken. We believe this model of community needs to be strengthened and advocated in America, in order to continue these missional traditions of history.
